I had a fantastic time thanks to the friendly welcome and tasty food options at the nearby services, making it easy to explore Springhead Park and the Royal Armouries Museum just a short walk away, which really enriched my stay and gave me plenty to enjoy. Although the access to evening dining was a bit lacking since there wasn’t a restaurant at the hotel, my overall experience was still quite pleasant.

The family room was spacious and comfortable, with ample facilities for a quick family stay. everything we needed, like eateries and shops, was conveniently close by.

Surprisingly convenient, this stay at a service area offered a comfortable room and easy access to amenities. The gym, although small, was a nice bonus, and the breakfast had plenty of options, including delicious risotto. the first room I was assigned needed better cleaning, which required a room change, and the surrounding area had some noise during the night.

Recommend it for families

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and airy and although we travelled as a family we didn't feel on top of each other. There was the open area out the back of the bar/services with the park which was great for the children to run around and play after being stuck in the car and for myself to relax.

The staff were friendly and quick to resolve the TV remote issue. the room temperature was too warm upon arrival, and I had to ask for a fan. Shower design caused water to spill outside, making the floor wet. Breakfast had decent choices, but could use more vegetarian options.

My stay was delightful, especially with the clean modern room and being just a quick 10-minute drive from Temple Newsam, a beautiful park worth exploring. the staff truly went above and beyond, which made my experience even more enjoyable.

the location for this hotel is fantastic. it’s right off the motorway n only a short taxi ride to city centre. the food options nearby are great too. the room was spacious n comfy for our family.

but housekeeping was a big letdown, rooms didn't get cleaned at all. also, the staff were not very helpful when we asked for supplies.
